Order Processing & Production Times

Paw Print Creations sells a combination of products that are held in stock and products that are printed, personalised or made to order.

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Some in-stock products may be dispatched sooner.

For print-on-demand, personalised, engraved or made-to-order products, production times may vary. Where a specific production timeframe applies, it will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Production and processing times are separate from shipping transit times. The estimated delivery time for your selected shipping method begins once your order has been dispatched.

Processing or production may take longer during peak trading periods, public holidays, major promotional events or where circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delays.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to contact you with an update.

Australian Shipping

We offer Standard and Express shipping within Australia.

Estimated carrier transit times after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery to regional, rural or remote locations may take longer.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier network, weather, public holidays and other circumstances affecting the delivery service.

Tracking details will be provided where tracking is available.

Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping offers or promotions are displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping

Selecting Express Shipping provides a faster delivery service after your order has been produced and dispatched.

Express Shipping does not reduce the processing or production time of print-on-demand, personalised or made-to-order products.

Where a separate rush-production service is available for a product, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with an enquiry with the carrier.

Delivery Delays or Missing Parcels

Occasionally, parcels may be delayed due to carrier network disruptions, weather, peak delivery periods, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the delivery.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch; however, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or change the delivery address.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied with the order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping costs and available delivery services are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery typically takes approximately 7–21+ business days after dispatch, depending on:

• Selected shipping service
• Customs clearance
• Local postal or courier networks
• Peak delivery periods and public holidays

These timeframes are estimates only and international deliveries may take longer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Paw Print Creations does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by overseas authorities.

Business Days

References to business days in this policy generally mean Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
