Not at all! You can check out as a guest if you'd prefer not to create an account. Just have your contact and shipping details ready!

How do I reset my password?

You don't need a password! Our site uses a one-time 6-digit code to verify your access. This code is sent to the email you provided and is valid for 15 minutes.

Is my personal information kept private?

How can I find out if you'll be getting a restock of a product I want?

If an item is showing as out of stock, feel free to contact us - we’ll be happy to help!

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can find our gift card by searching “Gift Card” using the magnifying glass icon, or simply click this link to go straight to it.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We use post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) and compostable packaging. PCR contributes to a more sustainable and circular economy by giving materials a second life.

I’ve made a mistake with my order; can I change it?

Can I personalise any product?

Personalisation is only available on items in our personalised range. However, if you have a specific design in mind, feel free to contact us - we’d love to hear your ideas!

Where is my order?

Every order comes with a courier tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey every step of the way.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Contact us as soon as you can to check if changes or cancellations are still possible. In some cases, your order may have already been dispatched.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, we can’t redirect parcels once they’re in transit due to logistical limitations. However, please contact us - we’ll do our best to help!

What do I do if I've received the wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with all relevant details - like your invoice number, the item you received, and what you were expecting - so we can sort it out quickly.

There's an item missing from my order, what should I do?

Apologises, but we currently only deliver to residential or business addresses.

Depending on the courier, your package may be left in a safe place or taken to a nearby depot for you to collect securely.

Can I return items purchased with a gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for price changes, as all prices are subject to change without notice.

My product arrived damaged or faulty; can I get a refund?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right
